Albino Chickens' Feet

I've been eating chicken's feet at Yum Cha for about 20 years, and they're normally cooked in a way that gives them a brown colour — this was the first time I'd seen white ones.
Details: Nikon 18-70mm, 70mm, f/4.5, 1/200s, ISO 200.
Note: I'm currently way behind on daily posting, having been away, and not in the posting 'mood', for a while. I'll be spending the next while catching up.
